Who we are
SDAN LTD (company number 17147199), the studio behind this site and TradeBooked. We are the data controller for this site. Any questions, email hey@sdan.uk.
What we collect, and why
- When you message us: your email and message, plus your name and topic if you add them. We use it only to reply.
- If you tick the reminder box: we keep your name and email for up to 7 days so we can nudge you if you did not finish, then it is deleted (sooner if you send the message). Every reminder has an opt-out.
- We check that your email's domain can receive mail. We do not keep that check.
Cookies and analytics
By default we store only the essentials: your light or dark theme, and your cookie choice. If you accept analytics, we use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to see which pages get read and where people get stuck. It does not identify you, and you can decline or change your mind anytime from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
Who else sees it
A few services help us run the site and only handle what they need: Resend (sends our email), Upstash (the 7-day reminder store, in the EU), PostHog (analytics, in the EU). Our email service is based in the US and is bound to protect your data to the same standard. We never sell your data or pass it to anyone else.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted anytime, just email hey@sdan.uk. If we get it wrong, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
